iReviKit Infrared Heating Mat
One (1) Year Limited Warranty

IMPORTANT: BY USING YOUR IREVIKIT INFRARED MAT OR PEMF MAT, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE IREVIKIT ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (“WARRANTY”) AS DESCRIBED BELOW.

DO NOT USE YOUR PRODUCT UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WARRANTY, DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT AND RETURN IT FOR REFUND WITHIN THE RETURN PERIOD EXPRESSED IN IREVIKIT INFRARED’s RETURN POLICY.

What is covered by this limited warranty?

This One-Year Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the iReviKit Infrared Heating Mat and its associated hardware accessories, when used normally and in accordance with iReviKit’s published guidelines, for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase by the end user purchaser (“Warranty Period”). IReviKit published policies include, but are not limited to, information contained in technical specifications, user manuals and service communications.

What is not covered under the terms of this Warranty?

This warranty does not apply to any non-iReviKit branded products, even if packaged or sold with iReviKit branded products. iReviKit does not warrant that the operation of the iReviKit Infrared Mat or PEMF Mat will be uninterrupted or error-free. iReviKit is not responsible for damages resulting from failure to follow instructions relating to the use of the iReviKit Infrared Mat or PEMF Mat.

The warranty does not cover: (a) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on connectors, zippers, cords, or controllers, unless the failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid exposure, earthquake, or other external causes; (c) damage caused by operation of the iReviKit infrared heating mat or PEMF mat outside of iReviKit’s published guidelines; (d) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an iReviKit representative; (e) an iReviKit Infrared Heating Mat or PEMF Mat that has been modified to alter its functionality or capability without the written consent of iReviKit Infrared; (f) defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the iReviKit Infrared Heating Mat or PEMF Mat; or (g) if iReviKit receives information from relevant public authorities that the Product has been stolen and you cannot prove in any way that you are the authorized user of the Product (e.g. by providing proof of purchase). by providing proof of purchase).

Your Responsibilities

Prior to receiving warranty service, iReviKit or its agents may require you to provide proof of purchase details, to answer questions designed to assist in the diagnosis of potential problems, and to follow iReviKit’s procedures for obtaining warranty service.

Upon completion of warranty service, your iReviKit Infrared Heating Mat or PEMF Mat or a replacement item will be returned to you, subject to applicable product model updates and availability.

IMPORTANT: Do not attempt to repair the iReviKit infrared or PEMF mat, controller or any aspect of the iReviKit product. Attempting to repair the iReviKit product is dangerous and may result in damage to the product that is not covered by this warranty. Only iReviKit should service the Product.

HOW CONSUMER LAW RELATES TO THIS WARRANTY

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE (OR COUNTRY OR PROVINCE). EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IREVIKIT DOES NOT EXCLUDE, LIMIT OR SUSPEND ANY OTHER RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE, INCLUDING THOSE ARISING FROM BREACH OF A SALES CONTRACT. FOR A COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR RIGHTS, YOU SHOULD CONSULT THE LAWS OF YOUR COUNTRY, PROVINCE OR STATE.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTY SUBJECT TO CONSUMER LAWS

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. iReviKitINFRARED DISCLAIMS ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, IREVIKIT LIMITS THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY AND, AT IREVIKIT’S OPTION, THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICES DESCRIBED BELOW. SOME STATES (COUNTRIES AND PROVINCES) DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY (OR CONDITION) MAY LAST, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

What will iReviKit do if the warranty is breached?

If you make a claim to iReviKit under this Guarantee during the Guarantee Period, iReviKit will, at its option, either

Repair the iReviKit Infrared Heating Mat or PEMF Mat with new or used parts that are equivalent in performance and reliability to new, Replace the Controller, Replace the iReviKit Infrared Heating Mat or PEMF Mat with the same model (or with your consent, a product with similar functionality) composed of new and/or used parts that are equivalent in performance and reliability to new, or Replace the iReviKit Infrared Heating Mat or PEMF Mat with a new item.

How to obtain warranty service?

You must contact iReviKit via email at contact@irevikit.com for warranty service. An iReviKit representative will help you determine if your iReviKit infrared heat mat is in need of service and, if it is, how iReviKit will provide service.

Warranty Service Options

iReviKit Infrared will provide warranty service by way of a mail-in service. If iReviKit determines that your iReviKit Infrared Heating Mat or PEMF Mat is eligible for mail-in service, iReviKit will send you instructions on how to properly package and address your iReviKit Infrared Heating Mat or PEMF Mat so that you can return it to iReviKit. Instructions will be sent to you by email. Once service is complete, iReviKit will return the product to you. iReviKit will pay for shipping to and from your location if all instructions regarding the method of packaging and shipping the iReviKit Infrared Heating Mat or PEMF Mat are followed.

iReviKit Infrared reserves the right to change the method by which iReviKit may provide warranty service to you and to change the eligibility of your iReviKit Infrared Heating Mat or PEMF Mat to receive a particular method of service. Service will be limited to the options available in the country where the service request is being made. Each country may have different service options, parts availability and response times. You may be responsible for shipping and handling charges if the iReviKit infrared heating mat or PEMF mat is not eligible for service in the country in which it is located. If you request service in a country other than the original country of purchase, you will be responsible for complying with all applicable import and export laws and regulations, and will be responsible for all customs duties, V.A.T. and other related taxes and fees. Where international service is available, iReviKit may repair or replace the iReviKit Infrared Heating Mat or PEMF Mat and parts with comparable products and parts that are in compliance with local standards.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THEMAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IREVIKIT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT,SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OFWARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOTLIMITED TO LOSS OF USE; LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS(INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS ON CONTRACTS); LOSS OF THE USE OF MONEY; LOSS OFANTICIPATED SAVINGS; LOSS OF BUSINESS; LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OF GOODWILL;LOSS OF REPUTATION; OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWSOEVERCAUSED INCLUDING THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY.

THE FOREGOING LIMITATION SHALL NOT APPLY TODEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS, OR ANY STATUTORY LIABILITY FOR INTENTIONAL ANDGROSS NEGLIGENT ACTS AND/OR OMISSIONS.

SOME STATES (COUNTRIES AND PROVINCES) DO NOTALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SOTHE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

GENERAL

No iReviKit reseller, agent or employee has the authority to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty. If any provision is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired. This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the iReviKit infrared heating mat or PEMF mat was purchased. iReviKit or its successor in title is the warrantor under this warranty.
