TENS, which stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation, provides a simple, safe, drug-free, and effective solution for people who suffer from back and shoulder pain, tendonitis, nerve pain, sports injuries, arthritis, fibromyalgia, diabetic neuropathy, menstrual pain, and other conditions.

As the name suggests, TENS units work by sending gentle electrical impulses through pads that are placed directly under the skin to provide temporary relief from the underlying pain.

TENS Socket: Used to connect paddles.

Red Light On/Off: Press once to activate red lights. After 120 minutes it will automatically turn off.

TENS On/Off: 45 minutes by default, then turns off automatically.

TENS Strength Adjustment: From low to high, 26 levels of intensity adjustment.

Power On/Off: Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn on. Press once to turn it off.

PEMF program setting:

• Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn on/off. Works for 30 minutes and then turns off automatically.
• Press and release several times within 3 seconds to select a program. The selected program will be confirmed within 3 seconds after selection.
