Utilizing our exceptional policies requires proper protocol and procedures to ensure your experience is handled carefully. Please refer below to the Return Policy for each of the warranty programs offered by IREVIKIT!

45-day Return Policy

With every purchase of a gemstone heater, IREVIKIT offers a 45-day free trial. If for any reason you are not satisfied within 45 days of delivery, you may return your product, although we expect you to love your product from the moment it arrives.

Please read the return policy below:

  • 45-day returns require product in working, original condition.
  • To initiate a 45-day return, customers must first contact the iReviKit support team at help@irevikit.com. Customer must provide order number, order confirmation, or valid proof of purchase with order date.
  • Customer must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from an IREVIKIT representative before shipping.
  • The customer must prepare the package for shipping. It is required for the customer to include a note with the RGA number provided. All of the contents (controller, covers, etc.) that came with the product must also be included in the return package.
  • The package can then be shipped to the IREVIKIT warehouse. Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and the original shipping costs will not be refunded. This applies if the customer received free shipping.
  • Once the product has been received in our warehouse, it will then be subject to a functionality and condition check.
  • After the condition is confirmed, we will process the refund (minus shipping).
  • Hawaii, Alaska and all international customers are responsible for shipping both ways for all exchanges and returns.

To receive a full refund, your product must be returned fully functional and in original cosmetic condition. Upon receipt of your product, we will conduct an inspection and test to determine this.

Return Process

  1. To be eligible for a return, you MUST first contact us at help@irevikit.com with your order information and a detailed description of the problem you are having with the product. We will assist you with troubleshooting and, if necessary, replace the product in its entirety. Replacements are subject to stock availability and may be delayed.
  2. In the event that you request a refund, the refund will be credited to the same account as the account from which the original payment was made.

Please be aware:

  • Items must be returned in like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, torn, or have major contents missing may not be accepted for return.
  • The item you’re returning should be in its original packaging with all cords, accessories and documentation that were in the box when you received it.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for all return shipping charges and duties. These charges are also non-refundable.

It is strongly recommended to insure the product when returning. In the event that the package is damaged during the shipping process, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. It is also recommended that you obtain tracking and shipping confirmation when you return a product to ensure that iReviKit receives the package. iReviKit is not responsible for packages that are lost in the shipping process.

You may be required to pay customs duties or sales tax on products that you have purchased from irevikit.com.

Refunds

Upon receipt of your item, we will have a look at your item and process your refund. Within 2-3 business days, our accounting team will initiate your refund. A confirmation email detailing the amount of your refund will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

How your refund is processed varies depending on how you paid for the original order. For credit card payments, it may take 5-10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Shipping and a restocking fee of 15% of the item price (item price does not include shipping) are not refundable. These fees will be deducted from your refund.
