How to place an order?

Step 1: Go to the iReviKit products page and add items to your cart.
Step 2: View your shopping cart, calculate the shipping costs and proceed to checkout.
Step 3: Enter your billing and shipping information here. Then click “Place Order” to complete payment.

Receiving Order Confirmation Emails (IMPORTANT)

Once you have placed an order, you will begin to receive emails from us periodically to let you know how the order is progressing.

Please check your Promotions and Spam tabs if you do not see any emails. Once you have found them, please drag and drop all emails from iReviKit from the Promotions/Spam box to your primary inbox. This will prevent future missed emails from us.

If you cannot find any emails from us after 12 hours, please contact us so we can make sure we have the correct information to contact you.

Packages do not ship from our warehouses on Saturdays, Sundays or the following U.S. holidays:

We do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska at this time.

P.O. Boxes, International Shipments, APO/FPO/DPO Military Address

We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, international and military addresses.

Split multi-item order

If your order contains more than one item, we will split it into multiple shipments to ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible.

Multiple shipping locations

If you would like to ship items to more than one address, you will need to create a separate order for each shipping address.

Tracking Orders

  • Sign in to your account and then click on the order number for your order.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will see a link at the top of the page in green text.
  • Click on the “Track” link to see the most recent status of your order.
  • An email with the carrier tracking number will be sent to you, you can also track your order through the link we email to you.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

  1. Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST are expected to ship the same business day for most stocked items. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.
  2. If your order date falls on a weekend, it will ship on the next available business day.
  3. Order processing time may increase to 3-5 business days during the holiday season.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number that can be tracked through the link we email to you.
  • The estimated time of delivery is 2 to 4 business days. Carrier will vary as we have multiple warehouses. We will choose the options that allow for the fastest transit times. Transit time will vary depending on the product and/or inventory available in the warehouses closest to you.
  • Shipping delays in your country of origin are beyond the control of iReviKit.

Full-price items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

iReviKit is not responsible for loss or damage to packages in transit. We will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise during transit. However, we make no guarantees. The tracking number can be used by you to locate any packages that may be missing with your national carrier.

iReviKit offers the option to add shipping insurance to your order at checkout to cover your package in the event of loss or damage during transit. More information about shipping insurance can be found here.

Currently, there are no duties and taxes applicable to orders shipped to the USA, Australia, United Kingdom (UK) and New Zealand.

Duties and taxes are applicable in some other countries. iReviKit does not pay any import duties and taxes on orders shipped to countries other than those listed above. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Any additional charges other than import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Our products are all hand checked before they are neatly packaged for you. However, we will refund or exchange the product at no cost to you if your product is defective upon delivery. Please let us know as soon as possible by emailing contact@irevikit.com if you receive a faulty product. The item may need to be returned to us for inspection and if it is not of acceptable quality, we will also cover your return shipping costs.
